Work, Connect, Unwind - The BaseNord Way.

A workspace designed around how you work.

Born from a Scandinavian perspective of connection, collaboration and thoughtful living, BaseNord brings a Northern philosophy of work to the heart of West Africa. We are a business hub designed to bring people, companies and ideas together across borders. We create a space where international businesses can establish themselves, build relationships and access opportunities in Ghana and West Africa — while connecting African talent, innovation and markets with the expertise, technology and capital of the Global North.

From focused desks and private offices to meeting rooms and essential amenities, we give you the space and latitude to focus on what matters. Beyond the workspace, we are building a community and platform for collaboration, market entry and meaningful business connections — bringing together the people and ideas that can drive growth in both directions.

Inspired by Scandinavian principles of simplicity, trust, wellbeing and balance, BaseNord believes that great work does not have to come at the expense of a great life. A productive workplace can also be a welcoming place to meet, think, create, eat, rest and belong.

Everything at BaseNord is designed for Effortless Productivity.

At the centre of BaseNord is River Haus Café, our in-house café and bakery, giving members and guests a place to step away from your desk, have a casual meeting, or simply enjoy a moment to yourself with good pastries between tasks.

River Haus brings a taste of the Nordics to Accra, with freshly made buns and pastries alongside quality coffee and food.

Come experience BaseNord and discover a workspace designed around you.
